I have been flatout on
this trip except for a bit of a breather yesterday when the Wilruthers
ran into me at the Stockman's hall of fame so did the places in town
with them and a fun 50th for someone as a recovery break at lunch. The
Pajero continues to impress me and am averaging about 10.8l/100km -
amazingly quiet and powerful to boot. It has the 'common rail diesel'
which to me is everything but common! Rain last night made some roads a
bit sticky so am heading to Birdsville asap to meet Eden. All the best.
